Resolving a package name to an archive and turning it into files the mount can serve.
One pipeline for composer require, git-delivered modules and npm install; only the source
differs. The Worker fetches the archive, PHP only parses intent. drupal/* names resolve on
packages.drupal.org, since packagist answers 404 for Drupal projects.
