Function pickVersion

pickVersion(
    doc: unknown,
    name: string,
    constraint?: string,
    core?: string,
    stability?: string,
): Record<string, unknown> | undefined
Picks a version from a composer p2 document: newest stable unless the constraint says otherwise. Both registries list newest first, so the first match wins without sorting.
