Arms the read/write half of the socket class, once a socket exists to read or write.
The traps are global to the interpreter and cannot be removed, and a write to anything but a
minted socket is a passthrough that only costs a trip. Armed from the first render, a
fwrite inside a destructor parked a chain whose C frame no longer existed: the run ended
done with no output, and the next call trapped with memory access out of bounds. Arming
after the first open keeps every site that never opens a socket out of that path.
