A compiled render plan (constant bytes plus per-request slots) and the VM that runs it.
Slots are found by diffing two renders of one page; a marker list would pass on a value it has
never seen. A slot with no generator refuses to serve: fillSlots() returns undefined and the
caller answers 409 instead of filling it with a random string of the right size.
