Several dimensions (a cache miss, a render, a warming firing, an outbound drain) draw on one
Durable Object request meter, so a meter total cannot say which to change. A dimension nothing
counts is reported with the reason rather than as zero: alarmFirings and phpLaneEntries are
in-memory and reset on eviction, and httpQueue is a depth, so scoring them against a daily
allowance would give a confident wrong percentage. No line carries a dollar figure.
