Function dropRevision

dropRevision(

): { blobsFreed: number; dropped: boolean; reason?: string }
Deletes an inactive revision and the blobs no remaining manifest names (counted from the manifests, not a stored counter). The active one is refused so the mounted tree keeps a record.
