): { files: Record<string, Uint8Array>; index: BootImageIndex }
Splits a delta image into chunk files and the index that names them.

pages ascend and data holds them in that order. The hashes are what applyBootImage checks each page against.

- chunkPages: number = BOOT_IMAGE_CHUNK_PAGES
