Parameters

• site: SitePhpDurableObject
• OptionaltargetPath: string

  renders this instead of the FIFO queue head (the inline miss needs it)

• bins: string[] = FILL_BINS

  passed to renderPage(); the default empties both, ['page'] reassembles

• destruct: string | boolean = false

  false reproduces the pre-fix lifecycle; see renderPage()

• request: RenderRequest = {}
