Wraps ctx.storage.sql so the host's own writes (the cfw_page insert, queue deletes, DDL) are tallied beside Drupal's; rows written binds the regeneration ceiling. Reads pass through uncounted: rowsWritten on a live cursor is not settled, and only a write returns no rows.
