Function unpackChunk

unpackChunk(stored: Uint8Array, rawBytes: number): Uint8Array
The inverse of packChunk: inflates a stored chunk back to the heap bytes.
Parameters
- stored: Uint8Array
- rawBytes: number
  the inflated length recorded with the row; 0 means the row is already heap bytes
Returns Uint8Array

Throws
when the inflated length disagrees with the recorded one
