Function recordMirror

recordMirror(

    outcome: { error?: string; ok: boolean },
): { attempts: number; dropped: boolean }
Records a mirror outcome; a failure past MIRROR_STRIKES drops the queue row. The file still serves from the object, and retrying forever spends the rows-written meter.
