Function encodeLiteral

encodeLiteral(type: string, hex: string, real: number | null): string
One column value as a SQL literal that replays to the same bytes and the same storage class.
Parameters
- type: string
  the value's own typeof() (SQLite types values, so one column can hold all five)
- hex: string
  hex() of the value: raw bytes for a blob, exact text rendering for text and integer
- real: number | null
  the column read directly, only ever a real; see the CASE guard in columnSelect
