Dumps the object's SQL as replayable statements, on the host side (no interpreter boot).
The PHP exportDatabase() mishandles storage classes: blobs become quoted text, a NUL ends the
literal, and a 19-digit integer goes out as a string. Here every value is read as typeof() plus
hex(), never as the column: a Durable Object integer read is lossy above 2^53, while hex() of
an integer is its exact decimal text. Reals are read directly (a double crosses into JS exactly).
Order is drops, tables, rows, then indexes, views and triggers; indexes come last because each
is another charged row per insert.
